Once an application is submitted to the Church, The Church will contact an applicant via email for an interview. The interview is normally conducted on ICQ chat which is used extensively for messaging between members. Further detail of what is expected of members and questions are answered at the interview.

The basic requirements of membership are listed as follows:
  • A mimumin age requirement of 17
  • The ability to attend weekly Church meetings at 9:00 EST on Sunday nights.
  • Must be a true vampire, no RPGers are accepted.
  • The Church does not accept terms such as "embraced" or "turned" or "sired" for your vampirism
  • Membership on the Vampire Church Elist.
  • The ability to be online and be active in Church activities. These include..
    (1) Participation in the Elist
    (2) Participation in the Church Web Board
    (3) An interest in interracting online with other members
    (4) This is an active organization, so involvement is expected
