there are many great sites that merit
recognition for the work that they show..
my Award is meant to give this recognition
to those sites that i believe exhibit the best
in design and content for a dark site..
those about the horror genre or the dark
side of life and the darkness within us...
some of the criteria I go by...
*absolutely no bandwidth stealing
*give credit for borrowing graphics
*exhibits a definate theme
*has an excellent overall design and format
*has content (not just pictures)
*provides some kind of service
*and holds a persons interest
Many Awards are given out on the net
to gain hits for the awarding site but
I do not require anyone who wins
